The old shareware model always struck me as too much begging for attention and trying to fool people into clicking your &quot;buy&quot; button.  The free games model is much better suited to my personality and I find the audience is much more open to experimental games and ideas.

At the very least was a good career move for me.  I&#039;m having trouble finishing my games because I ended up getting a full-time contract to do Flash games for another company.
